# Terms of Service Terms governing use of Axumind and its agency operations platform. ## Overview These Terms of Service form the agreement between you and Axumind Technologies. By accessing or using Axumind, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform. Axumind is a software platform for agencies and digital service providers to sell services, manage delivery, communicate with clients, process payments, and run core operations in one place. You must be at least 18 years old to use Axumind. We may update these Terms from time to time, and continued use means you accept the updated version. ### Account responsibilities - Provide accurate and complete information - Maintain the security of your account - Remain responsible for all activity under your workspace ## Services Axumind includes storefronts, checkout flows, order and delivery management, client communication, analytics, reporting, and integrations. We may modify, improve, remove, or discontinue features at any time as the platform evolves. You retain ownership of your data. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and transmit that data only as needed to provide the service. All Axumind software, branding, and platform content remain the intellectual property of Rufai Abubakar Amale. You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer, or distribute the platform without permission. ### You remain responsible for - The actions taken through your account - Your team members using your workspace - Your clients and any content you collect or send through Axumind ## Billing Axumind operates on subscription billing. Fees are charged in advance based on the plan you choose. All fees are non refundable unless a refund is required by law. If payment fails or an invoice remains unpaid, we may suspend access, restrict features, or terminate your account until billing is resolved. ### Billing basics - Subscription fees are charged in advance - Plan pricing applies to the selected billing cycle - Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination ## Payments Axumind may process billing through Dodo Payments and may also connect to third party payment providers such as Stripe, Paystack, PayPal, Coinbase Commerce, and NowPayments. We are not responsible for payment failures, transaction disputes, provider fees, or delays caused by third party processors. Participation in that program is subject to these Terms and any program specific rules we publish. You may earn commissions for valid referrals, but fraudulent, misleading, or abusive promotion is prohibited. We may modify, suspend, or terminate the affiliate program at any time. We may also withhold or forfeit unpaid commissions for violations. ### Affiliate rules - Commissions apply only to valid referrals - Misleading promotion is prohibited - Unpaid commissions may be withheld for violations ## Acceptable Use You agree not to use Axumind for illegal activity, spam, abusive communication, intellectual property infringement, or platform abuse. You must not attempt to hack, disrupt, scrape, overload, or misuse the platform, its APIs, or connected integrations. You are responsible for data accuracy, legal compliance, and obtaining any required permissions or consent for the data you process through Axumind. ### You may not - Send spam or abusive messages - Infringe intellectual property rights - Attempt to disrupt platform security or availability - Misuse integrations, APIs, or automation flows ## Liability We aim for reliable service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted uptime, error free operation, or the permanent availability of every feature. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rufai Abubakar Amale is not liable for indirect damages, loss of profits, business interruption, or data loss resulting from your use of Axumind. You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising from your use of the platform, your violation of these Terms, or your misuse of Axumind. These Terms are governed by applicable law based on your jurisdiction. Disputes should first be addressed through good faith negotiation before arbitration or court where applicable. ## Termination We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, fail to pay, or misuse the platform. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation does not remove obligations that already accrued before cancellation. Certain provisions survive termination, including terms related to payments, liability, intellectual property, and dispute handling.
