### Can I use my own domain?

Yes. Custom domain mapping is included on the Growth and Pro plans, allowing your client portal and storefront to run on your own agency domain or subdomain.

### What does full white-labeling include?

Full white-labeling is included on Growth and Pro. It lets you customize your agency branding, logos, accent colors, favicon, and portal appearance so the entire client experience reflects your agency identity.

### What does Customize email include?

On Growth and Pro plans, you can customize automated notification emails sent to clients for orders, task updates, deliverables, and invitations, keeping communications consistently aligned with your brand.

### Can I remove Powered by Axumind?

Yes. Starting with the Growth plan, you can remove the 'Powered by Axumind' badge from your public storefront and client portal interface.

### When does invoice generation start?

Invoice generation is included starting on the Growth plan. Starter supports online checkouts, orders, and payment integrations, while Growth and Pro add dedicated invoice generation.

### How do additional team seats work?

Starter includes 2 team seats, Growth includes 5 seats, and Pro includes 15 seats. If you need more seats on any plan, you can add additional team members at any time for +$15/month per seat.

### Are clients and services unlimited?

Yes. All Axumind plans include unlimited clients and unlimited services. You are never penalized or charged extra as your client roster or service catalog grows.

### Which payment providers are supported?

Axumind supports payment integrations including Stripe, Paystack, PayPal, and cryptocurrency gateways (Coinbase Commerce, Nowpayments), allowing you to accept global payments securely.

### Can I change plans later?

Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade, or switch between monthly and annual billing at any time from your workspace settings. Changes take effect according to standard billing intervals.

### Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your workspace billing settings. If cancelled, your workspace remains accessible until the end of your paid billing period.

### What are Client coworkers?

Client coworkers allows your primary clients to invite their own internal team members to review deliverables, submit feedback, approve tasks, and access shared files within their client portal account on the Pro plan.

### What does API Access — Coming soon mean?

API Access is currently in development for the Pro tier. When released, it will allow established agencies to programmatically integrate Axumind with internal workflows and custom systems.
