# How to White Label Your Client Portal | Axumind | Clientlex

Transform Axumind into your agency's private-label client portal with custom logos, brand colors, navigation links, and favicons.

Your client portal is where clients interact with your agency, access project information, view files, and manage their work. Giving it your own branding helps create a more professional experience and makes the portal feel like a natural extension of your agency.

Axumind allows you to customize the appearance of your client-facing portal using your agency branding, including your logo, icon, and favicon.

## Accessing Your Branding Settings

To customize your client portal:

- Log in to your Axumind agency dashboard.

- Navigate to **Settings → Branding**.

- Open the available branding and appearance settings.

- Make the changes you want to apply to your client portal.

- Save your changes.

The branding settings let you customize the client-facing experience without changing the appearance of your internal agency dashboard.

## Uploading Your Agency Logo

Your agency logo helps clients recognize your brand when accessing the client portal.

To add or update your logo:

- Open the Branding settings.

- Locate the logo upload option.

- Select the logo file you want to use.

- Upload the file and save your changes.

For the best results, use a high-quality logo with a transparent background where supported.

Make sure the logo is clear and recognizable at the size used in the client portal.

## Setting Your Agency Icon and Favicon

You can also configure your agency icon and browser favicon to reinforce your visual identity.

**Agency Icon:** Used in the relevant branded interface areas where the application displays your agency icon.

**Favicon:** The small icon displayed in browser tabs when clients visit your portal.

When choosing a favicon, use a simple version of your logo or a recognizable brand symbol that remains clear at smaller sizes.

Upload your preferred icon and favicon through the corresponding fields in the Branding settings.

## Customizing Your Client Portal Appearance

Axumind also provides appearance settings that allow you to customize the visual presentation of your client portal.

Use the available controls to adjust the client-facing appearance to better reflect your agency brand.

After making changes, save your settings and visit your client portal to check how the updated branding appears.

We recommend reviewing your portal from the client-facing side to make sure your branding looks consistent and that the interface remains easy to navigate.

## Understanding White-Label Options

White-labeling allows your agency to provide clients with a branded portal experience rather than relying entirely on Axumind branding.

Depending on your subscription plan, additional white-label options may be available, including custom domains and the ability to remove the Powered by Axumind branding.

## Reviewing Your Client Portal Branding

After configuring your branding, open your client portal and review the changes.

Check that:

- Your agency logo displays correctly.

- Your agency icon appears in the appropriate areas.

- Your favicon is visible in the browser tab.

- The client portal appearance reflects your selected branding.

- The portal remains clear and easy for clients to navigate.

You can return to the Branding settings whenever you need to update your agency branding.
