# Managing Client Organizations & Coworkers | Axumind | Clientlex

Guide to managing multi-stakeholder corporate client organizations, coworker invites, and permission tiers in Axumind.

Many agency clients work as part of a team. A company might have a marketing manager coordinating projects, a director reviewing deliverables, and other colleagues who need access to the client portal.

Axumind supports **Client Organizations**, allowing multiple users to belong to the same client organization instead of managing every client contact as an unrelated account.

With Client Coworkers, you can invite additional people into an organization and control their access using client-specific roles.

## Understanding Client Organizations

A Client Organization represents a business or client account within your agency workspace.

Rather than treating every contact as a separate client, an organization provides a shared context for the people working on behalf of that business.

For example, a company may have several employees who need to access its projects, communicate with your agency, or review work through the client portal.

Each coworker belongs to the same client organization while maintaining their own login and role.

## Client Coworkers Availability

The Client Coworkers feature is available on the **Pro plan**.

A few things to know:

- You can add multiple coworkers to a client organization.

- Client coworkers do not consume your agency team seat allowance.

- There is no per-organization coworker limit.

- Client coworkers use their own accounts to access the relevant client portal.

Your agency team seats and client coworker accounts are separate.

## Inviting Coworkers to a Client Organization

An authorized agency administrator or a Client Admin can invite additional users to an organization.

To invite a coworker:

- Open the relevant client organization in your agency dashboard.

- Navigate to the coworker area.

- Select the option to invite a coworker.

- Enter the coworker email address and the requested details.

- Assign the appropriate client role.

- Send the invitation.

The invited user can then join the client organization through the invitation process.

Before sending an invitation, make sure you have selected the correct client organization and assigned the appropriate role.

## Understanding Client Roles

Axumind supports two client coworker roles.

### Client Admin

Client Admins have additional organization-management permissions.

They can manage coworker invitations and membership within their client organization, including inviting colleagues and managing existing members.

This role is suitable for the primary client contact or another person responsible for coordinating access on behalf of the business.

### Client Member

Client Members can participate in the client organization and access the client portal according to their assigned role and the resources available to that organization.

They do not have the organization-management privileges assigned to Client Admins.

This role is suitable for colleagues who need to participate in client work without managing other members.

## Managing Client Coworkers

As your client organization grows, you may need to update its membership.

Authorized users can manage coworker access from the organization member-management area.

Common membership tasks include:

- Reviewing the people who belong to the organization.

- Inviting additional coworkers.

- Managing existing memberships.

- Updating a coworker's role where permitted.

- Removing coworkers who no longer need access.

Remember that Client Admin permissions should be reserved for people who need to manage organization membership.

## Working with Client Organizations

Client organizations give your agency a way to work with multiple stakeholders under the same client account.

Instead of requiring every stakeholder to communicate with your agency through one individual, coworkers can access the client portal using their own accounts.

This is particularly useful when different people within the same company participate in project communication, reviews, and other client activities.
