# How to Create and Manage Coupons in Axumind | Clientlex

Learn how to create Axumind coupons, configure percentage or fixed discounts, apply promotions to recurring services, and manage coupon expiration and usage limits.

Coupons let your agency offer promotional pricing, run seasonal campaigns, and provide discounts to new or existing clients.

Axumind supports percentage-based and fixed-amount discounts, with options for controlling how long a promotion applies and when it expires.

## Creating a Coupon

- Go to **Marketing → Coupons**.

- Select **New Coupon**.

- Enter a unique coupon code. For example, BLACKFRIDAY20 or FOUNDER50.

- Choose the discount type and enter the discount amount.

Axumind supports two discount types:

- **Percentage discount:** Reduces the service price by a specified percentage, such as 20% off.

- **Fixed amount discount:** Deducts a specified amount from the price, such as $100 off.

## Configuring Discounts for Recurring Services

For recurring services and retainers, you can configure how long the discount applies.

## Setting Minimum Order Value, Usage Limits and Expiration

You can place restrictions on a coupon to control how it is used.

**Usage limits**

Set a maximum number of times a coupon can be redeemed. For example, you could limit a promotion to the first 10 redemptions.

**Expiration date**

Set a date after which the coupon is no longer available for use.

These options help you manage limited promotions and prevent discounts from remaining available longer than intended.

### Minimum Order Value

You can set the minimum order value to be eligible for the discount.
