By applying for, accessing, or participating in the affiliate program, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. The Axumind Affiliate Program allows approved individuals, agencies, and businesses to promote Axumind and earn recurring commissions for valid client subscriptions. Participation is subject to approval. Axumind reserves the right to accept or reject any application at its sole discretion. ## Affiliate account requirements To participate, you must create a verified affiliate profile, provide accurate and complete contact and payment information, and maintain account security. You are solely responsible for all activity conducted under your affiliate account credentials and for keeping your payout details up to date. ### Account obligations - Provide authentic contact and identity information - Maintain secure account access credentials - Promptly update any changes to tax or payment details ## Referral tracking & attribution Each approved affiliate receives a unique tracking URL. We utilize standard browser cookies and tracking signals to attribute eligible referrals based on our attribution logic. We are not liable for untracked referrals resulting from user cookie blocking, ad blockers, browser privacy extensions, or improper use of tracking links. ### Tracking requirements - Prospective customers must use your specific tracking URL - Attribution cookie window applies from first click to registration - Technical disruptions outside our direct control do not guarantee credit ## Commission structure & eligibility Affiliates earn monthly recurring commissions only for valid, paying customer subscriptions that maintain active standing. A commission is generated only when a referred customer's payment successfully clears without chargeback, refund, or reversal. All commissions are audited. We reserve the right to withhold, cancel, or reverse commissions if fraud, self-referrals, or policy violations are detected. ### Commission qualifications - Valid new customer registration through your active link - Successfully settled recurring subscription payment - No refund, credit reversal, or dispute initiated against the transaction ## Payout terms & minimum balance Commissions are disbursed on a monthly schedule following a mandatory 30-day clearing window to account for refund and chargeback periods. Affiliates must meet the minimum payout threshold specified in their partner portal before a withdrawal or disbursement is issued. Payouts are processed in USD via supported payment methods (e.g. direct transfer, PayPal, or crypto where supported). You are responsible for any applicable local taxes or transaction fees. ## Prohibited promotional practices Affiliates must uphold ethical marketing practices. Violations of promotional restrictions will result in immediate termination and forfeiture of all accumulated commissions. ### Prohibited conduct includes - Self-referring your own workspaces or personal organizations - Bidding on 'Axumind' brand names or trademark variations in search advertising - Sending unsolicited bulk communications or spam - Making fraudulent, deceptive, or exaggerated product claims - Cookie stuffing, automated click-bots, or artificial traffic generation **Strictly Prohibited Activities:** Self-referrals (referring your own accounts or organizations), bidding on Axumind trademark terms in PPC search ads (e.g. Google Ads, Bing Ads), spamming unsolicited emails, and misleading discount claims are strictly prohibited. ## Term & termination Either party may terminate participation in the Affiliate Program at any time with written notice. Upon termination, your right to use Axumind marketing materials ceases immediately, and tracking links will no longer attribute new referrals. If an account is terminated for breach of these Terms, all unpaid and pending commissions are immediately forfeited. ## Limitation of liability Axumind provides the platform and affiliate program 'as is' without warranties of any kind. We make no guarantees regarding potential earnings or uninterrupted system uptime. In no event shall Axumind be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from program participation. ## Modifications to terms We reserve the right to modify commission rates, payout schedules, or these Terms at any time by updating this page or notifying active affiliates.
